MAYMONT TRAVELS: WHALE WATCHING
Saturday, February 18, 2006, 7am-7pm
Join Maymont staff on a day trip to Virginia Beach. Enjoy a two-hour boat trip in the rich waters of Chesapeake Bay to see marine life - from humpback and fin whales to many species of waterfowl. The rest of the afternoon will be spent exploring the outstanding Virginia Marine Science Museum. The fee includes transportation on a chartered bus, boat trip, museum admission, continental breakfast and gourmet boxed lunch. $79 for adults/$69 for children under 12 (members receive a $5 discount). MAYMONT TRAVELS: OUTER BANKS WEEKEND

Join Maymont staff on a weekend trip to North Carolina's Outer Banks. Highlights include visiting the North Carolina Aquarium at Roanoke Island, bird watching at Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, and beachcombing. The fee includes transportation on a chartered bus, overnight accommodations, continental breakfast and a boxed gourmet lunch on Saturday, and all admission fees. $119-$149 per person/$10 discount for members.
